Refund & Return

All our garments are made to order and crafted specifically for each client. As a standard business practice, we do not offer refunds on any confirmed orders. However, if a customer chooses to cancel or change their mind before the outfit has entered production, the full amount paid can be converted into store credit.

This store credit will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed against any future purchase with us. Please note that once the production process has begun, no changes, cancellations or credit conversions will be accepted. In case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same
